We dive into a few bottles of Three Chord Bourbon a brilliant blend perfectly tuned in Jackson, Mich. From guitarist Neil Giraldo and his team we try the 81 proof Three Chord then compare that to the new 12 year blend, clocking in at 107 proof. Brian Canning, one of the co-founders, joins us and Patrick from the MBC to break down what we have in our glasses.
